How does Revv generate questions from PDFs?
Revv extracts text from your PDF, then sends it to an AI model (Anthropic Claude) which generates flashcard questions. Each question is verified for accuracy in a second AI pass. Your PDF text is not stored on our servers after generation.
What question types are supported?
Revv generates multiple choice (MCQ), fill-in-the-blank (Cloze), short answer, and vocabulary flashcards. You can select which types to generate and edit any question after creation.
How does spaced repetition (FSRS) work?
Revv uses the FSRS v5 algorithm to schedule reviews at optimal intervals. Cards you find easy are shown less frequently, while difficult cards appear more often. The algorithm personalizes to your learning patterns after 50+ reviews.
Can I use Revv offline?
Yes! Your flashcards and review history are stored locally on your device. You can study and review cards without an internet connection. PDF question generation requires internet access.
How many PDFs can I process for free?
Free users can generate questions from a limited number of PDFs per month. Upgrade to Revv Pro for unlimited PDF question generation.
What's included in Revv Pro?
Pro unlocks unlimited PDF question generation, FSRS parameter optimization, advanced study analytics, AI-powered session debriefs, and personalized study scheduling.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Revv. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Your existing cards and study data are preserved even after cancellation.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at jinseok.help@gmail.com to request account deletion. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
