How do I create an event?
Go to the Macro tab, choose a template (e.g., Travel, Moving, Exam), set the event date, and ReadySet will create a phased checklist with D-day countdown automatically.
What are Macros?
Macros are reusable event templates. Each macro contains phased checklists organized by days before the event (e.g., D-7, D-3, D-1). You can use built-in templates or create your own.
How do Quick Todos work?
Quick Todos are one-time checklists for simple tasks like grocery shopping. Create a title, add items manually or use AI suggestions, and the list automatically disappears when all items are checked off.
What can the AI assistant do?
With Pro, the AI assistant can generate custom event checklists, suggest Quick Todo items based on your history, provide real-time preparation coaching, and understand natural language commands like “Create a grocery list” or “Set a reminder for 3 PM”.
How does the AI learn my preferences?
When you use AI Quick Todo suggestions, the AI references your recent completed todo history to recommend items you frequently use. No data is stored on external servers — your history is sent as context only at the moment of the request.
What's included in ReadySet Pro?
Pro unlocks AI features (macro generation, coaching, smart suggestions, natural language commands), home screen widgets, and Live Activities on the lock screen and Dynamic Island. Available as monthly or yearly subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > ReadySet, then tap “Cancel Subscription”. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my data synced across devices?
Yes! ReadySet uses iCloud to sync your events, macros, and todos across all your Apple devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do widgets and Live Activities work?
Add the ReadySet widget to your home screen to see your closest event at a glance. Live Activities show real-time progress on your lock screen and Dynamic Island so you never miss a preparation task.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings > Data > “Reset All Data” to delete everything. You can also swipe to delete individual events or use the context menu on Quick Todos.
