Please read these terms carefully before using the app.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rewardy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rewardy is a gamified task management and self-reward application that allows you to:

  • Create tasks with point values as rewards
  • Earn points by completing daily tasks
  • Set up personal rewards to redeem with earned points
  • Create savings goals and deposit points
  • Track your progress and statistics
  • Sync data across devices using iCloud (optional)

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your device
  • Keep your iCloud account secure if using sync features

4. Virtual Points and Rewards

Points and rewards in Rewardy are virtual and for personal motivation only:

  • Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
  • Rewards are self-defined goals you set for yourself
  • The App does not provide real goods, services, or financial benefits
  • You are responsible for honoring your own reward redemptions

5. Data and Privacy

Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or store your task or reward data on our servers. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend enabling iCloud sync to prevent data loss.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by Jinseok Oh and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any tasks, habits, goals, or outcomes you may or may not achieve using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if you violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
